A Briggs related joint venture entity acquired this Hacienda Business Park property in December 2021. Shortly thereafter, we leased the existing +/- 40,000 SF building to AAT Bioquest, a strong regional life science company which provides lab testing for other life science companies. In August 2022, Briggs completed the extensive tenant improvements and delivered the building to AAT Bioquest. Following the successful effort to stabilize the asset, Briggs sold the property as a leased investment to a San Francisco based family trust.
