This 50,000 square foot, two-story, Class A office building was repositioned to market-ready condition. In 2017, the building was leased to the State of California. An extensive tenant improvement project was completed in early 2018. The project was then awarded LEED Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Following occupancy by the State, the building was sold in April, 2018 to an institutional investor specializing in government leased properties.
