Kelly Hattley, Vice President of Asset Management, where she combines extensive experience with a forward-thinking approach to purchasing and managing commercial real estate assets. Since joining Briggs in 2020, she has overseen a diverse portfolio of properties in Santa Clara County and Alameda County, focusing on operational excellence, tenant relationships, and maximizing the value of every asset.

Excelling at building strong, lasting tenant relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving efficiencies across a range of commercial properties. Kelly is deeply skilled in managing the investments, ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards while focusing on the asset’s life cycle. Her experience in Silicon Valley includes managing several high-profile Class A office buildings, where she has successfully led significant construction projects revitalizing each site. Her hands-on leadership and attention to detail help ensure that every property under her management operates at its full potential. Before joining Briggs, Kelly worked at Boston Properties, where she oversaw a portfolio of Class A office spaces across the South Bay, Mountain View, and Peninsula regions. This role allowed her to refine her skills in large-scale asset management and contribute to the success of some of the most well-known commercial properties in Silicon Valley.

A graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Psychology, holding a California Real Estate License, along with certifications from LEED GA and BOMI RPA. Born and raised in Northern California, she is an active member of her local community and has held several leadership positions in various organizations. With her unique combination of expertise, leadership, and a results-driven mindset, Kelly continues to lead Briggs Development’s asset management efforts, driving success, mitigating risk, and creating long-term value for the company and its clients.
