Megan Proano is an Assistant Property Manager where she plays an integral role in supporting property operations and management across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate buildings. Megan joined Briggs in 2024 and is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, tenant improvements, and much more. With a strong background in administration, leadership, and marketing, she works closely with senior leadership and property teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of properties.
Megan brings a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to her role, focusing on optimizing operational efficiencies, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and supporting property performance. She has successfully contributed to several major initiatives, including capital improvement projects, and ensuring properties meet local and state compliance including sustainability standards.
In addition to her role at Briggs Development, Megan is a member of BOMA (Building Owners Management Association), a community of local building management and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), a professional organization dedicated to advancing the role of women in commercial real estate. Megan connects with industry leaders, participates in networking opportunities, and continues to develop her professional knowledge and skills. Megan is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Marketing.
